1) Please have an engineer address the windows cut into the exterior garage walls. The work was completed without inspections and doesn't appear to be code compliant or have any repair details or repair approvals from a Structural Engineer. FBC 110.5 / 110.6
2) Also, have your engineer address the padded down header at the garage entry door.
3) Also, have your engineer address the filled cell rebar open on the north exterior wall.
4) Complete any and all draft stops. Foam or drywall all penetrations and fill all holes on the inside of the exterior concrete block walls.
5) Check all bottom chord bracing on roof trusses. Should be 10'o.c.. Make sure the bracing wasn't cut, knocked off or removed.

Please foam all Draft Stop Penetrations throughout the first floor and second floor framing. Interior walls and exterior walls.
This inspection was stopped 1/2 way thru the first floor. Too many corrections were found. Walk the entire building prior to rescheduling the Framing Inspection.

* There are still Engineering letters needed for repairs or approvals on the windows that were cut into the garage walls and one area on the first floor tie beam that was cut and chipped through to run pipes. It does appear like rebar was cut from the existing tie beam.
* Check ceilings for any missing nailers to attach drywall. Several marked.
* Add framing on the inside of the block wall at the bottom of the stair for drywall.
* Re-nail the bottom chord bracing on the second floor SE corner room.
OK to start drywall.
