We met the EOR onsite found some field conditions I requested him to address with a clarification COP
Elevator slab reduced to 8" same spec
West wall of existing slab footer was extended beyond the existing foot print 9" out and 16" deep he wrote a spec on the approved plans field set
Footer pads elevations due to existing conditions
Footer pads missing ID numbers
The question was asked about no visqueen over the existing slab areas he felt was not necessary to provide another moister barrier since the existing it is assumed one was in place .
The contractor will bring a COP Monday for approval and receipt for the city records of these clarifications
Spoke to contractor about having 30" up bars meaning all down bars will have to be touching the recess slab to maintain the lap.

Missing steel rebars in right side garage beam 9 missing middle bars
Approved plans don't call out beams size rebar or height , need clarifications or COP as builts
I didn't check all beams on east, north and south side I checked only just west beams up to two car garage east wall . Approved plans don't identify the stepped beam in the east wall over the garage and slab extension pour. The contractor terminated beam at slab and has another beam , EOR to address with clarification or COP. To beam size and heights .
Contractor changed the connection to the footer pads to red iron columns he has welded columns to In bed . In beds where not installed at footer inspection due to the fact the plans call for them to be bolted after pour . Know in beds installed with no inspection may need eng letter for installation and size and Nelson bolts etc . The approved plans call for bolts need COP and engineered letter .
