Pool was filled prior to fence and safety act inspection approvals. This is unacceptable! You are putting lives in danger. Let this be the last time Eagle Concrete fills a pool prior to safety inspections being approved. There are currently no window or door alarms installed. The rear gate has the wrong latch installed. The gate latches must be located a minimum of 54'' above the finished grade. They must be self-closing and self-latching. Check the other gates and make sure they close and latch on their own.
